Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the CyrenAI platform (hereinafter "the Service"), operated by Muka HD (SIREN 991 856 279), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("ToS"). If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

CyrenAI is a SaaS artificial intelligence platform that enables users to:

  • Generate and optimize content for professional social networks
  • Schedule and publish content on LinkedIn (personal profiles and Company Pages)
  • Analyze the performance of their publications
  • Manage their marketing content campaigns

3. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

  • ✓Be at least 18 years old
  • ✓Have the legal capacity to enter into a contract
  • ✓Have a valid LinkedIn account for publishing features
  • ✓Be authorized to act on behalf of the company if using the Service for an organization

4. User Account

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • All activities performed under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information during registration

5. Authorized Use

You may use the Service to:

  • ✓Create and publish legitimate professional content
  • ✓Manage your LinkedIn Company Pages where you are an administrator
  • ✓Analyze the performance of your publications
  • ✓Collaborate with your team within your subscription

It is strictly prohibited to:

  • ✗Publish illegal, defamatory, harassing, or discriminatory content
  • ✗Use the Service for spam or unsolicited communications
  • ✗Attempt to access LinkedIn accounts without authorization
  • ✗Violate LinkedIn's terms of service
  • ✗Use the Service for fraudulent activities
  • ✗Resell or share your access to the Service without authorization
  • ✗Extract or scrape data from the Service
  • ✗Interfere with the operation of the Service or its security systems

6. LinkedIn Integration

By connecting your LinkedIn account to the Service:

  • You authorize us to publish content on your behalf according to your instructions
  • You remain solely responsible for content published on your profile or Page
  • You agree to comply with LinkedIn's terms of service
  • You can revoke access at any time from your LinkedIn settings

CyrenAI is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed, or sponsored by LinkedIn Corporation.

7. Content Ownership

Your content:

  • You retain all intellectual property rights to content you create
  • You grant us a limited license to store and process your content for Service purposes
  • You warrant that you have the necessary rights to the content you publish

Our platform:

  • CyrenAI and its interface, code, and features are the property of Muka HD
  • Using the Service does not grant you any rights to our intellectual property

8. Subscription and Payment

  • Prices are displayed on our website and may be changed with 30 days notice
  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
  • Refunds are granted according to our refund policy available upon request

9. Termination

The Service may be terminated:

  • By you, at any time, from your account settings
  • By us, in case of violation of these ToS
  • By us, with 30 days notice for any other reason

Upon termination, your access to the Service will be disabled and your data may be deleted in accordance with our privacy policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Service
  • We are not responsible for LinkedIn's actions or changes to their API
  • Our liability is limited to the amount of your subscription over the last 12 months

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Muka HD against any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from your use of the Service or your violation of these ToS.

12. Changes to ToS

We reserve the right to modify these ToS. Significant changes will be notified by email or through the Service at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after such notification constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These ToS are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Saint-Nazaire, France.
